Glysten Sign takes any PDF, a contract, an agreement, a form, and sends it from one of your companies by name. Place where each person signs, send it, and everybody gets the signed copy, sealed, with its certificate page and the record of who signed and when.

How it works
Three screens: Documents, New document and Templates. Nothing in Sign touches your books, and it says document, signer and signed, not ledger words.
Choose the company it is sent from and the file. It is kept as a draft, and nobody is told anything until you send it.
Each person's name and email, up to ten, and the part they play, like Tenant or Buyer, if you like. They sign in the order you set, or in any order, with nobody waiting for anybody else.
Signature, initials, date signed, name and text boxes, placed on the page for each person: drag to move, pull a corner to size, or do it all from the keyboard. Or skip placing and add a signature page at the end.
Each person is emailed a link of their own, proves it is them with a code sent to that email, agrees to sign electronically, and signs in their browser. You see who has opened it and who has signed, and can send a link again or withdraw the document.
Once everybody has signed, each of them and you are emailed the signed PDF, and it is kept here with the original as it was sent.

Keep a lease, an agreement or a form with its boxes and the part each person signs as, and send it again with new names.
One document to a list of up to 200 people at a time, pasted, typed or from a CSV. Each gets their own copy with their own name on it and signs it alone, and the list shows where every copy stands.
The signed PDF carries a digital seal, so a PDF reader shows whether the file has been changed since. Glysten's own seal is on every plan; a publicly trusted seal is an add-on.
At the end of every signed copy: who signed, when, from where, how each proved who they were, and the fingerprint of exactly what they signed. Every step, from sent to signed, is kept.
Each document goes out from one of your companies, by name. Access to Sign is given per person and per company, and access to a company's books does not include it.
Somebody given Sign access can prepare and send a company's documents, but never sign for the company: that is for its owners, who are offered on every document.

Every Sign plan: signers need no account and are never charged; each document sent counts once, and each person's copy in a bulk send once, with the count starting again on the first of the month; Glysten's own seal on every signed copy. Tell us who you are and what you send for signature, and we open a Glysten account for you; its owner chooses Sign's plan under Account, Billing. If you already have an account, there is nothing to ask: choose Sign there.
