Your first month is free, and no card is needed. It includes one set of books (one business or LLC), up to four bank accounts and Help's AI answers; the AI assistant is not part of it. When the month ends, the books turn read-only until you choose a plan: you can still sign in, see, print and export everything. There is no free plan.

More than one module

The dearest at its own price, the others for less

Hold two modules or more, on whichever plans suit each, and the one that costs most is at its own price. Each of the others is less by a share that grows with the number you hold, and the same shares come off yearly prices. So a bundle never costs less than its dearest module does alone.

Questions people ask

Is there a free plan?

No. Every plan starts with a free first month, and no card is needed to start. When the month ends, the module turns read-only: you can still sign in, see, print and export everything, and nothing new is written until you choose a plan.

Can I buy Rentals, Construction or Personal today?

Not yet. Glysten Books is open. Glysten Construction is in early access by request, Glysten Rentals is in final testing, and Glysten Personal is in private preview, so their prices here are launch prices. Ask with the form on this page for early access to Construction, or to hear when Rentals or Personal opens.

How does paying by the year work?

Each plan has a yearly price under its monthly one, with what it saves against twelve monthly payments. In Rentals, the units above those a plan includes cost less by the year too.

How is AI charged?

Help from the guide is free, and Help's own AI answers are free up to $5 a month for each account. The AI assistant that reads your books is billed by use, from credit you add before you use it, and each answer shows what it cost. You can also connect your own Claude or ChatGPT, read-only, and Glysten charges nothing for that.

What do online payments cost?

Stripe's fee plus 10¢ per payment; you choose who pays the fee, you or whoever is paying you.

Do people cost extra?

No. Partners, your accountant and bookkeeper, staff and crew are free on every plan, and so are the owners and renters invited to Rentals and the partner and advisor invited to Personal.
